    All our lubed bullet shapes along with some No Lube Groove shapes are available in a coated version.

    We use the same alloy that has a Brinell hardness of 12 for both coated and lubed bullets.

    We use Hi-Tek Supercoat Powder.  This is a polymer coating that is baked onto the bullets.  This coating completely encapsulates the bullets.  Hi-Tek coating is not to be confused with powder coating. This coating is specifically designed for coating bullets.

    We have recently changed our coating color from Brick Red to Black Cherry.  We feel the Black Cherry gives a better finish.

    The military has tested this coating to over 3,000 f.p.s.  But don't do that with our bullets.
