 Warranty:

All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Shipping - Transfer of Ownership - Insurance:


Transfer of ownership occurs when the items are placed in the hands of the common carrier.  That means if we use the USPS to deliver your products, you own them when we deliver them to the USPS.

If you would like to have the products insured you must notify us of that before shipping and we will charge you for that insurance.
We will only pass on the actual charges without markup.
 
Return - Refund Policy:
 
Anything you are not completely satisfied with can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

You MUST call or email to get an RMA (return authorization) before returning a product.

If you return or cancel an order after your credit card or PayPal account was charged for any other reason other than you weren't satisfied with the products (for example you change your mind)  we will refund your account minus 10% for transaction and restocking fees, and also minus the shipping cost.

For example: If you return a $100 order because you changed your mind,  your refund will be your order's total minus 10% for transaction and restocking fees, and minus the shipping cost.

To keep the costs down, we may either send you a check for the return or transfer funds using PayPal or Credit Card directly.  Realize that some merchant accounts charge the same fees to refund a credit card.
